Diaspora Intercultural Academy is a ministry involved in intercultural and theological education. It is involved in equipping the Church of Jesus Christ in three main areas: Mission Theology, Intercultural Studies, and Church-based Community Ministries. Its emphasis is on small programs that will enable the people of God to minister in the world in several capacities. Through its alternative programs, DIA offers classroom contact training, weekend seminars and workshops, distance education courses and also tailored programs that will fit the needs of its students through personal training, Internet courses, and directed undergraduate and graduate supervision. In an attempt to serve the churches in Brazil, in Russia and in the United States, DIA is also committed to providing alongside ministry to pastors, through Missiological and Theological continuing education and literature in English, Portuguese, and Russian.
